The Hub: Integrated Healthcare was created by McGovern Chiropractic's Dr. Ashley, and Real Relief's Jennifer Hussey with the intention to provide better service and improved outcomes for both patients and their referring practitioners.

The Hub: Integrated Healthcare's model is developed to fill the gaps in the traditional medical model, where cohesive care is lacking, and the patients experience has been minimalized to drug prescription.
Failure in the system can be seen by way of increased reoccurrence of injury/illness, and longer recovery times.
The Hub is here to provide alternative options of care and enhance the personalized experience of health and wellness.

Pathway to Care

The first step to recovery – and essential for giving your body the best chance of healing – is establishing an accurate diagnosis. At McGovern Chiropractic and Real Relief, we know that effective injury management decisions can’t be made without first identifying the cause.
Once a working diagnosis is established, we can appropriately identify the intervention(s) and prepare a detailed recovery plan – targeted to your individual needs – to ensure proper healing.
Our Pathway to Care is designed to be comprehensive and ensure that all potential risk factors are considered and addressed so we can provide you with a coordinated health plan that gives you the best possible outcome. When patients see one of our clinicians for an interventional medical procedure, they will be guided through a cooperative management plan with both the Chiropractic Doctor and Rehabilitation Specialists.
This consultation includes spending time discussing our findings, answering your questions, and creating a plan together that gets you back to enjoying the activities you love.
