Services we offer:

Sports Chiropractic

Sports chiropractic is a specialised approach to treating muscle, joint and bone injuries. Every patient receives a full examination from a sports specialist chiropractor, which leads to a clear diagnosis and a personalised Pathway to Care built around your injury, your concerns and your health goals.

Sports specialist chiropractors have advanced training in musculoskeletal care. They hold a health science or kinesiology undergraduate degree and a four-year Doctor of Chiropractic degree, then complete the one-year post-graduate CCSP program. That training prepares them to assess, diagnose and manage the injuries that keep you from your sport.

Myofascial Release: Functional Range Release (FR) A hands-on treatment that finds muscle, tendon and fascia that feel tight or stuck and works on them while you move the nearby joint. The goal is to help tissue move and glide better, so you have less stiffness and more comfortable movement.

Neurofunctional Acupuncture: Dry Needling Neurofunctional Acupuncture is an adaptation of traditional Chinese acupuncture, pioneered by Dr. Alejandro Elorriga Claraco at the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. This innovative approach incorporates electrical stimulation applied to the acupuncture needle, targeting specific areas to effectively address nerve and alleviate underlying pain. By blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques, Neurofunctional acupuncture offers a unique pathway to healing and wellness.

Injury Rehabilitation: Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) A structured exercise approach that builds strength, control and mobility through the full range of your joints. Your plan is built around your injury and your goals, so you can return to your sport or daily activities with more confidence.

KinStretch A movement-based mobility system that uses active stretching and controlled joint movement to improve flexibility and body control. It suits athletes and active people who want to move more freely and keep their joints working well.

Chiropractic for the Whole Family

Every stage of life asks something different of the body. We combine gentle chiropractic care with the right movement and exercise at each age, so you build strength, mobility and alignment that last.

Whatever your age, we start with a full exam and a clear plan, and exercise is part of it from day one.

Pregnancy: Strength and good alignment help your body cope with the changes of pregnancy and prepare for birth. We offer gentle, pregnancy-friendly care along with exercises for your core, hips and back, to help you stay comfortable and ready for labor.

Infants and toddlers: Birth is a big event for a tiny body, and the first months are when the spine develops its natural curves. We use a very light, gentle touch and guide parents on supporting healthy development, including tummy time to build neck and back strength and ergonomic ways to carry and hold your baby.

Teens, adults and older adults: Strength, flexibility and balance are the foundation of moving well at any age. For teens, that means building a strong base for sport and growth. For adults, it means keeping pace with work, training and family life. For older adults, it means staying steady, active and independent. We build exercises into your plan and show you how to do them well.
